    Comment :
In my opinion, it’s a brilliant idea to make Perlis a smoke- free state but I doubt whether this dream or mission could be realized or not since "devil tends to find ways to intrude man’s heart". Even though the MB has his good reasons to carry out this plan but the citizens might have no intentions on quitting smoking as smoking has became part of their lives. Besides that, even though the National Fatwa Council had announced that smoking is forbidden for the Muslims but has he (Menteri Besar) considered the rights of other races? I believe that other races have their own individual rights on deciding whether to smoke or not. Alas, it is sad to conclude that it is difficult to realize the dream of having a smoke- free state unless the government forbade the cigarettes business in this country.

Comment: I don't really like this article. This issue depend on certain people own point of view. For me, there’s no point in trying to get back with your exes. I mean, its useless. He or she might not love you anymore like they used to a few years back. If you recalled back why the two of you breaking up, you’ll see that the two of you are not meant to be together. There is always something that goes against you and your relationship and that is just the early signs that quitting the love line and never look back is just the best way to go through this satge. I have a friends who can’t get over with her ex. She’s still hoping there might be a chance for them together. I pity her. She’s just wasting her time only. Well, to all those who just broke up out there, start a new life and forget everything in the past. Its not the end of the world and stop being sorry for yourself. Keep your head held high. There’s still someone out there just for you.

comment: From the article, all UMP's students should better understanding what happened in palastine in middle east. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict or Arab-Israeli conflict, or whatever name it goes by, is perhaps one of the more sensitive issues that is discussed. What is the important of this issue to us? This article shows us the level of human sensitivity by the human being on the world is still low to each other. Actually, what we can say is the western involvement in the Middle East in general, that forms a backdrop to the situation between Palestine and Israel. Why did Palestine peoples suffer in their own country? What was their mistake? Is it because of their political problem? After Palestine have their own government when peoples choose Hamas as their leader, why there is still western involvement that’s make them fight with themselves? For examples, when we heard about Gaza situation, what was happened there? The Israeli offensive on Hamas in the Gaza Strip on 27th December, 2008 ended on January 17, 2009 when both Hamas and Israel announced separate ceasefires, which have turned out to be quite fragile. The 3 week offensive claimed some 1,300 Palestinian lives, 400 of which were children. Another 5,000 were injured including some 1,800 children and 800 women. 13 Israelis were also killed. How did this crisis come about and what were some of the issues raised? Can you imagine, a lot of children died at their young age besides the death of their parents. Nowadays there is a lot of violence occur without any serious action taken. What the exactly function of PBB? Actually, the main point I want to tell about this articles is humanity right. We as a human being should concern about the humanity right and know how to protect it so that we can survive and not suffer like Palestine people. They suffer without their fully humanity right on their own country.

    comment:
This article state that abortion comes from inadequate family planing. everyone knows what abortion is. Then why do so many people push the issue aside as if it were a piece of junk? We live in a world, a society so corrupt that to kill the innocent, the unborn, is just another part of the day. According to the article, the western media portrays sexual intercourse as a right passage for teenagers. As more and more teens inclined by peers and the media to have sex, the tendency to actually have sex also inclined.Commercials for condoms and other contraceptives are all over the place, but what if the condom rips or doesn't work. Modern society in general has condoned to this inhumane
act to be normal. So, abortion is truely just another name for murder.

    TOPIC :MANAGE MONEY-spending plan

    COMMENT:
In this article we will get 5 tips to help us to stretch our money and even save them by spending wisely. First of all, make a shopping list and stick to it. The major factor that people always overspend because they don’t have a clear goals to guide them when entering stores. Secondly, avoid impulse purchases. Think over any impulse purchase for at least two days to make sure you can afford it. Newly released items have big price tags, but prices usually drop as time passes because trends and demand fade. Thirdly, sop at more than one store. When you’re in store, you will tempted to buy an item right there, but visit a few different stores to see if you can get better deal. Fourthly, buy quality products if you intend to use it for a long term. If you buy a lower quality item, you may need to replace it often, which can cost more than the higher quality item in the long run. Lastly, use coupon wisely. The only catch is that you could be spending money you don’t need just because you have a coupon. Check your shopping list whether you need that thing or not.

Want to know about H1N1?I had read the article date 18 august from bernama yesterday. It said that the death cause by this H1N1 in Malaysia had total up to 67 people. Actually some of information that get from this news is meaningful for us. One of the information I get is many disease will cause the death, so this will open our minds to know and explore about this virus and also disease that will come up. For examples are systemeric Lupus Erythemaths with severe pneumonia, Ischaemic Dilated Cardiomyophathy precipated by pneumonia and others. So remember when we have symptom as have hot fever, cough ,and breathing difficulties quickly go to clinic or hospital for check up. But sometime I very disappointed with some government clinic and hospital because from my experience they will not take any action when we go there to check our health, at one of the H1N1 counter, if we did not have enough and critical symptom of this disease. So when they want take an action? I hope they will take an action to all patients wisely with all responsibility. Another information we could get is that Datuk Dr. Tiki Lafe from NST Training Council said that 85 National Servive(NS) camps in all over our country will not be closed as the spread of this Influenza H1N1. He also said the virus is still under control. To solve this problem,we must think positively about the viruses, besides do all the prevention against this viruses. InsyaAllah the situation will be stable and controlled.

Even though I have many friends, I think that, all of my friends are friends that are loyal and can be trusted. I can As stated in this article, this type of friends, will share their time to help us in problems. They will hardly say no to us if we had any difficulties in life. Friendship is also a blessing, everlasting and courage. I agree with this article that friends will cheer us when we’re sad. A good friend will stay when there is a problem and will goes after the problem solves. Friends are very important in our life. So, if we have friend, will should appreciate them and love them as we love ourselves. We should help them if they had any problems, so that our relationship with them will be everlasting.

From the pig habit we can see by our own eye that this kind of are animal are dirty and have bad habit. Because in Sweden more than 60% girl become mother before marriage and most of people in this country eat pork as their daily menu. From research by Dr. E. Kazim. M.D pig is omnivorous and eat everything and it do not care whether is clean or dirty, Now all the country very hard to fight with H1N1 which the dangerous diseases to human and can bring us to death. Where these diseases come? It comes from the pig, and why human stay eats it? I am very grateful to Allah S.W.T because Islam is forbid pork because it brings a lot of bad thing to us. From the article that I had read, air pollutant is known as a substance in the air that can cause harms to humans and the environment. From my research, there are three forms of air pollutant which are solid particles, liquid droplets, and gases. There may be natural or man-made. Actually, air pollutants may be divided into primary and secondary pollutants. The main difference between primary and secondary pollutant is primary pollutants are directly emitted from a process, while secondary pollutants are not directly emitted. The examples for primary pollutants are ash from the volcanic eruptions, the carbon monoxide gas from a motor vehicle exhaust and sulfur dioxide release from factory. The important example for secondary air pollutants is ground level ozone. The major primary pollutants which are produced by human activities are sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds, particulate matter, toxic metals, chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), ammonia, odors and radioactive pollutants. The secondary pollutants are including particulate formed from gaseous primary pollutants and compounds in photochemical smog, and ground level ozone which are formed from nitrogen oxide and volatile organic compounds, and peroxyacetyle nitrate. The minor air pollutants include a large number of minor hazardous air pollutants and a variety of persistent organic pollutants.

I truly agreed that, we actually do not need to credited the person how found a land that is already been populated. Why people always said that they give a great service in education? Education or knowledge actually has no limit, it is infinity. We can always give ideas, facts, values, assumptions and perspectives anytime, anywhere and it will never last or destroy. In our country, we begin using English language in learning mathematics and science, for me it is a very good idea did by the government. I hope the using of mathematics and science is continued because it is the ways we can learn a lot of new things.

I like this article because it teaches people a lot more about suitable grips while playing tennis. As we all know, tennis is not a game that you can pick up and play, but it is where you need to learn slowly to understand the game. Everyone has different styles and ways of gripping the racquet. So this is where learning to grip the racquet is important as it helps to prevent injury during and after a game. Not gripping well will hurt your wrists and this will ruin your play. If everyone is going for Rafael Nadal's way of holding the racquet, only some can follow and others might feel it very uncomfortable or just wrong. That is why I find this article very helpful to beginners. It is not necessary to follow the one's written in the book or to follow other people's gripping technique just because it looks cool, therefore it is best to find your own suitable grip and stick with it and also to be comfortable with it.

    Comment:
Depression is perhaps the most common of all mental health problems, currently felt to affect one in every four adults to some degree. Depression is a problem with mood or feeling in which the mood is described as sad, feeling down in the dumps, being blue, or feeling low.
Depression can occur under many circumstances. However, it commonly present in these two situations, sudden severe loss and long term high stress level. In sudden severe loss, the person may experience a sudden severe loss such as the dead of his or her love one, loss of job and loss of friendship. The patients can easily detect the causes of their depression. In long term high stress level, the patients may not be able to identify their causes of depression. This type of depression creeps up on them. When this type of depression is experienced, the patient offers comments such as: "I don't know what's wrong!" "I don't know how I feel." "My feelings are numb."
The best way to treat depression is through medication treatment and physiological treatment. They should seek for their therapist and consultant in order to manage their depression. They also can take medicine such as anti-depressant. They also should have positive thinking and practicing healthy lifestyle.

We should not easily give up if we face some failures, but we should think some ways to overcome the problems. Most people look externally to the reasons why they fail in life but they never think about behind of all that things. For example, a diamond is one of the most valuable things that we have but it comes from a piece of coal. Actually, we should blame ourselves first. We should think positive that, there are some good things besides all the things that happen. As a conclusion, we should always think positive and open minded to overcome the failure because it is actually good to face it rather than to give up.

    COMMENT

I agree with this article. In my opinion college student must involve in political issues. Even if we think that students should not involved themselves in party politics, there is no reason why they should be disallowed to concerned themselves with the affairs of the nation and issues of nation building which should be what politics is rightly all about, namely the science of government. But nowadays, the Universities and University Colleges Act, 1971 had successfully blunted political growth or make the intellectually weak among Malaysian university students. In addition, Datuk Idris Haron was said that "It is not true that our students are banned from politic. We had been holding campus elections for a long time”. But in history of campus election, what we can see that there is no democracy where the student were threatened into voting for the 'government' party because student were told that if didn't, they could be traced and would lose all priviledges in the residential colleges. This is one example of non-democracy in campus election. As conclusion, the political issues among malaysian student must be up to date and the campus election must be free from all political influence and give student chance to build up their leadership when involving in political issue where someday the student will became a leader of this beloved country, Malaysia.
